How can you determine when a Wischain block is Safe or Finalized?

The Safe block state in Wischain is similar to the Safe block state found in Ethereum. Each Wischain Layer 2 (L2) block is linked to a corresponding Ethereum Layer 1 (L1) block, which can be accessed using the wischain-geth API. When the Ethereum L1 block is deemed Safe, the associated Wischain L2 block is likewise considered to have achieved the same Safe block state.

In Wischain, the Finalized block state is equivalent to what is referred to as the Verified block state. A Wischain block is deemed Finalized or Verified when all state transitions from the genesis block to the current block possess valid proofs, ensuring the integrity and validity of the entire chain of transactions.

The Wischain block identified by blockID 0x2ac35 would be deemed if the corresponding Layer 1 (L1) block with blockHash 0x352f.. achieves a Safe status.

Furthermore, the Wischain block with blockID 0x2ac35 will be considered Finalized or Verified only when all state transitions from the genesis block to the current block have valid proofs.
